SysBio (Systems Biology Lab) is a research lab at Indian Institute of Information Technology-Allahabad, India. This lab is involved in research, teaching and imparting training through projects, inetrnships, seminars, workshops, summer/ winter short term courses and semester long term courses in the field of Computational Biology including but not limited to Next Gen Sequencing Algorithms and Data Analytics, Signal Processing, Machine Learning, Olfaction Science, Omics, and Systems Biology. We at Systems Biology Lab are working on various interdisciplinary field of studies that focuses on understanding the complex interactions within biological systems. Our lab develops computational models and prediction systems to understand and simulate cellular metabolism processes.

This lab is currently equipped with a high performance computing infrastructure along with a modest wet lab setup, to perform various computational systems biology studies with a collective goal to decipher the complexity of nature.
